Soundproofing issues really hindered my experience!!! The street noise was relentless all night long. The limited elevator capacity caused frustrating waits during busy times!!!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Gran Vía Avenue and parks for outdoor fun. The clean rooms and modern amenities made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the coffee vouchers and complimentary water, which were convenient in the heat.
The only downside was on our return trip when the free water and coffee weren't included because we didn't book online, which was a bit disappointing.

The dining scene right near the hotel is a smorgasbord! I took a little stroll and hit up Cafeteria Restaurante Florida Norte Madrid for some killer breakfast. El Molinon had bomb sandwiches packed with flavor, making for a happy tummy! The Small Double Room was cozy and had a little patio just right for sipping morning coffee in the sun.

Great for couples looking for comfort
The room we had was huge and airy, plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was solid, they had really good options for just €12, filled us up for the day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know, sometimes you gotta pay for a good stay.
